Thank you!

Since you mentioned God... I call those blessings.

When things work out it means we are doing Gods/ Higher Powers will, we are on the right track, the universe supports that.

When things, no matter how hard we work, do not turn out its simply because it isn't meant to happen, the universe has other plans for us.

And sometimes we just get blessed, no matter how foolish we behave because we are supposed to get to a certain place at a certain time, to be able to do something else.

We can't explain it yet, because human minds have not fully grasped the workings of this incredible and mindlowing force that guides everything.

God works in mysterious ways, right?!

Scientists are at it and discovering more and more, like the divine laws of nature, physics and so forth ) universal laws that guide us and everything else in this world.

That is where religion and science will meet one day. Fibonacci code and such.

Nothing really happens by luck or circumstance in this universe.

Thy will be done.

We tend to want to control outcomes but in other situations, we simply can't. And depend on God [ higher order ].

Luck is all what we require at one point in life to feel like we have achieved what we had yearn for. Previously, I wrote about decentralizing luck to those who might not the systems to reach out to luck. I might be working hard where I am but there are no systems to reward me with luck. And I think chance II and III can really be nice platforms to network to increase the chances of luck. For chance I, they really have to work hard to maintain the luck they had been handed without even any efforts/minimal efforts.

Agreed Edwin, blind luck is beyond us. For those who experience Blind Luck with little to no effort, they have to work hard to make the most of that luck and not squander it.

Yes, that was a great post you wrote man. Thank you for engaging.

This is such an interesting topic, Tinashe. I think some of us are prone to dismissing our achievements as "luck" – and entirely ignoring the hard work we've put in to make those achievements possible. But putting yourself out there can open so many doors, which I think is really important. I do enjoy moments of randomised luck that come entirely out of the blue! The universe works in mysterious ways 😊

Oh, a beauty of a post today, Tinashe! Who of us is Not fascinated by luck, that elusive entity we all chase. I always like reading about luck. And then it's interesting to reflect on how-where it fits in to our specific journeys. Thanks for the ride! I'll have fun going down memory lane today.

Thank you for sharing. This brought a mile to my face. Just further evidence that consistency will always get us results. The results might look different, but they always come. And (in my humble opinion) they are always for our highest and greatest good.

I am glad it resonates Bri.

Luck ( + motion, + preparation + unique to you ), we can keep working on your skill and aim for mastery. Trusting that things will work out for our greater benefit can help motivate us to persevere through challenges. Thank you for engaging and glad to have you here :-).

A very interesting discussion, Tinashe. The relationship between luck and action becomes clear, and it is even deeper as we progress towards mastery.

Gains out of random luck usually don't last - ask those who win the lottery or inheritors of fortune. Luck is fortune, and fortune frowns at those who don't do what is required to earn her.

As you show with the different stages of luck, it will mostly be the case that the lucky have earned their luck.

It is an interesting discussion, brother.

Blind Luck is handled with humility, as this can't be influenced.

Luck ( + motion, + preparation + unique to you ) favors the prepared. Consistent hard work lays the groundwork for recognizing and capitalizing on fortuitous opportunities when they arise. Thank you for engaging Patrick :-).

Lucky have earned their luck! True! Sometimes we just see the fruit of someone’s effort, we often disregard all the work that went behind it. We see the splendid graceful ballet dance; behind it are busted and bruised feet, worn out floors, early morning practice snd relentless commitment ❤️

We often only see the successful result but don't realize the process and effort behind it. I like the example :-).

I agree, Paolo. We see what can be seen; we see outcomes. We don't see the work behind outcomes. The truth is that everything is much harder than it seems, and where success is sustained, one will most likely have earned their luck.

I believe that attitude can also be a major influence of positive outcomes. If we believe in ourselves, the chances of us getting what we want are higher. A thought-provoking read as always!

I really have not thought about luck this way, I got some new insights. Apart from the blind luck, I think grace also makes people stand out. Some people work so hard but their work goes unnoticed. Should we say those people are unlucky? If we can get lucky by working hard and being good at our craft, which I agree with. What about people that work hard and yet their hard work goes unnoticed?

I agree that grace plays a role when it comes to opportunities that come our way.

Blind luck slips in and out on the other types.

Sometimes it feels like no matter how hard you work, you just can't catch a break. You put in a lot of effort and try your best, but then you see others who don't work as hard getting all the recognition and opportunities. It's really frustrating.

In those moments, it's easy to get discouraged and think the idea of "work hard and you'll get lucky" is not true. Maybe sometimes, no matter how hard you work, things won't go your way because of factors you can't control. All you can do is keep going with integrity and stay hopeful.

Thank you for engaging Ibifaka , its good to have you here :-)

Thank you for this. It gives me a different insight into luck. I believe I am experiencing a bit of each of these types of luck. I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth but in an environment where values, morals, and virtues were taught.
